At Strung, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
